In the heart of the Sherpa Land the local community is considered the most sacred ornament box is worn by ladies, which is symbolic representation of the Mt. Ama Dablam. It is a steep pyramid of ice with vertical walls and sharp, exposed ridges. Ama Dablam forms a lasting impression on many trekkers in Nepal, as it is perhaps the most stunning mountain along the popular trekking route to Everest Base Camp.

The trekking route start from Lukla (2840m) and pass through the legendary Sherpa land up the spectacular high valley of the Khumbu. Ama Dablam is lying alongside Everest in the heart of the Khumbu valley offering a superb climb up a spectacular ridge.

Best season: Late Sept. to Oct.& April to May.

Day 01 Arrival Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel
Day 02 Full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Day 04 Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding, overnight camp
Day 05 Trek to Namche Bazaar, overnight camp
Day 06 Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
Day 07 Trek to Tengboche & overnight camp
Day 08 Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp
